1. Briquette-type cooking grills are not allowed on the unit balconies. Other types of units which may meet safety requirements must be approved by the Board of Directors. Request for approval must be made in writing.
2. Co-op members owning waterbeds must obtain insurance coverage specifically to cover damage done to the Co-op’s structure or other Co-op members’ possessions should the waterbed leak or burst.
3. Storage of flammable materials such as gasoline, kerosene, naphtha or explosives is strictly prohibited in the member’s unit or storage area. Use or storage of such items must be approved, in writing, by the Board of Directors for each use and each substance.
