1. Co-op monthly Carrying Charges are due on the first of each month. Payments not received by the 5th of the month are subject to a $35.00 late fee. Any member whose payment is late (after the 5th of the month) three (3) times will be subject to eviction procedures. This does not alter the present policy on eviction of members who are 30 days in arrears.
2. Any Co-op member in excess of 30 days late in payment is subject to termination of membership.
3. All returned NSF checks will be subject to a $30 service charge
4. If more than two (2) checks are returned as stated in #3 above, your personal check will no longer be honored, and you will have to pay your monthly Carrying Charges with a Money Order or Cashier’s Check
