Fixtures and plumbing

Water must not be allowed to overflow or be wasted by leaving faucets open. Windows and doors must not be left open in cold weather thereby freezing water pipes. Members will be responsible for damages done.
Alterations of electrical or plumbing fixtures, without written consent of the Board of Directors may be viewed of damages.
No signs of a commercial nature may be displayed from a member’s unit.
Air-conditioners may only be installed in side windows of each building. Installation must not alter or damage the window frames.

2. Air-conditioners must not be in windows during the heating season.
