Members are welcome to paint the walls of their units.
Old Town In Town will supply members with paint in co-op selected basic colors.

Members may choose their own colors but must purchase their own paint.
Members are responsible for purchasing all painting materials (with the exception of co-op provided paint).
Painting any surface other than walls must be pre-approved in writing by the Board of Directors.
Painting may be done by the member or by a professional painter hired by the member. However, the member is responsible for any and all damage.
Member is responsible for cleanup, disposal, and any damage from painting including spills and drips.
Members that choose to purchase and paint with their own colors are strongly encouraged to keep some of the color on hand and leave some when vacating for touch-ups.
Old Town In Town reserves the right to charge any member for any necessary painting, touch-ups, repairs, or clean up resulting from a member’s decision to paint.
Painted surfaces will be inspected at time of unit transfer. See Unit Turnover policy.
