Parking

  1. Parking spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Contact management to sign up for a parking space.
  2. Parking space numbers are posted at the front end of each parking space.
  3. A member may park as many vehicles as will fit within the space and not impede any other member form accessing their space or vehicle. Any and/or all vehicles may be towed if the Co-op deems necessary.
  4. Parking in areas of the lot other than assigned space is prohibited. Violators will be towed at owner’s expense.
  5. Vehicles that leak or drip oil or any other fluid may not be parked in the parking lot.
    1. If a vehicle leaking fluid is not repaired, removed or contained within 24 hours of notification from management, the vehicle will be towed at the member’s expense.
    2. If cleanup or repair is deemed necessary due to vehicle fluid contamination, member assumes responsibility for the costs.
    3. Parking a leaking vehicle in the lot is grounds for revocation of parking privileges.
  6. Parking spaces 2 and 3 are seasonal spaces.
    1. Seasonal spaces are unavailable for parking during the winter months. (December 1 through March 31) These spaces are to deposit snow when plows clean the parking lot. During prohibited months spaces are not available to any vehicle, member or visitor. Violators will be towed at owner’s expense.
    2. Members assigned to the seasonal spaces will not be charged for parking in the winter months.
    3. Members with the seasonal parking spaces will automatically be upgraded to a year-round space as it becomes available.
    4. Those on the waiting list will be offered an available seasonal space but are not required to take it.
  7. Limited parking is available for motorcycles, mopeds, and scooters
    1. Motorcycle parking is permitted following parking rules 1-6.
    2. Motorcycles spots will be treated as seasonal spaces, and must abide by rules 1-6 above.
    3. To avoid confusion, motorcycle spots will be designated by letters.
