Co-op members are expected to make all reasonable attempts no to disturb their neighbors. This is especially true between the hours of 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
Co-op members are responsible for the behavior of their guests. In cases where Co-op guests damage Co-op property or disrupt the Co-op, the member will be held liable.
Members must insure that parties do not spill out into the hallways or other common areas.
