Ordered List ItemIn order to protect the safety of our residents from communicable disease, all unnecessary social gatherings, visitors, and other entries to the buildings are prohibited.
Valid entries include:
Ordered List ItemCurrent Old Town In Town (“association”) members
Caregivers (CNAs, PCAs, etc.)
Essential maintenance workers
Family members (emergency situations only)
Everyone entering the buildings must observe physical distancing guidelines (maintain a minimum of six feet from persons not living in their households), especially in common areas (vestibules, hallways, gate entries), and will respectfully permit foot traffic to flow with sufficient distance.
Members should arrange to have delivery vendors meet at the front door or leave deliveries in the vestibules, minimizing contact as much as possible. Vendors should be discouraged from entering the buildings.
Residents are encouraged to adhere to personal practices promoted by health authorities, including hand-washing and respiratory etiquette.
The association will make a best effort to coordinate enhanced cleaning of frequently-touched common surfaces, but is unable to guarantee sterility due to supply chain shortages and availability of personnel or volunteers.
The association will maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards unauthorized short-term rental activity; violators will be deemed to have endangered the safety and security of other members.
This policy will be in effect until it is updated or revoked, or so long as the Minnesota “stay-at-home” order expires, whichever is sooner.
