====== Key Policy ======

(effective March 1st 2005)

Residents may check out a spare building key for guests of their units. The first step is to visit the OTIT Manager to discuss the details.

Guidelines:
  * Members must complete key check out form.
  * A deposit of $150 must be paid before keys will be checked out. Lost keys are the member’s responsibility. Non-returned keys could result in a lock charge at the member’s expense.
  * Members are responsible for registering their guests, providing a complete a key check out form, and a copy of their guests photo ID.
  * The guest must follow all OTIT policies and guidelines while on the property. Guest conduct is the responsibility of the member.
  * Only one building key will be checked out.
  * Keys will be checked out for a maximum of two weeks.
  * Insurance coverage for key loss liability is recommended.
