====== Financial ======
  - Co-op monthly Carrying Charges are due on the first of each month. Payments not received by the 5th of the month are subject to a $35.00 late fee. Any member whose payment is late (after the 5th of the month) **three (3) times will be subject to eviction procedures.** This does **not** alter the present policy on eviction of members who are 30 days in arrears.
  - Any Co-op member in excess of 30 days late in payment is subject to termination of membership.
  - All returned NSF checks will be subject to a $30 service charge
  - If more than two (2) checks are returned as stated in #3 above, your personal check will no longer be honored, and you will have to pay your monthly Carrying Charges with a Money Order or Cashier’s Check
